Maksym Serhiyovych Kozhuh (born in 1983, Kyiv) Ukrainian human rights defender, lawyer, public figure, scientist. He is the co-author of the Legal Encyclopedia, which is created by leading representatives of legal science under the auspices of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
Successfully implemented hundreds of extremely complex projects.
Author of about 30 scientific and scientific-practical publications, including comments on the Economic Code of Ukraine, monographs, etc.
Social activities:
– was repeatedly elected to the public councils of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine.
From 2011 to 2015, Chairman of the Standing Commission on State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs of the Civic Council at the State Registration Service of Ukraine.
Since 2013, the head of the commission is the deputy head of the public council at the State Registration Service of Ukraine.
